Answers to common questions about setting up subscriptions with Voodux Simple Subscriptions in Shopify.
How do I start selling subscriptions?
Install Voodux Simple Subscriptions and follow the Quick Start Guide in your dashboard. Create a pricing plan and connect it to your products to start offering subscriptions.
Why isn’t the subscription widget showing on my product page?
Make sure the product is linked to an active pricing plan and that the subscription widget has been added to your product page using the Shopify Theme Editor.
Can I offer a discount for subscribers?
Yes. When creating a pricing plan, you can offer percentage discounts, fixed amount discounts or set a fixed subscription price.
Can customers manage their own subscriptions?
Yes. Customers can pause, skip or cancel subscriptions from their account using the Customer Portal.
Does Voodux modify Shopify Checkout?
No. Voodux Simple Subscriptions uses Shopify’s native checkout and does not replace payment systems.
Do I need Stripe or an external billing system?
No. Billing and payment data are securely handled by Shopify.
